2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
3 large eggs( separated).
2 table spoons of granulated sugar.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
a pinch of salt.

powdered sugar or dusting.it crunchy outside but soft inside and there can be different variety of soufflés. in my opinion soufflés are delicious.
